Cobalt SS/TC's in St. Louis
#52
Its cool. And yes, I was stirring up **** because really, I haven;t come across a "fast" SS/TC in St. Louis. The one the we test drove was very, very slow. And as stated, I wanted someone to step up, which someone has and we have taken it to PM's.
PS: Anyone wanna meet up tonight? It's awesome outside

Any car that gets improved in a later model year has this bickering between years. The first evos were fast and if you bought one you loved it. Then the IX came out with variable valve timing (or Mitsu MIVEC) and was instantly faster. Wow the arguments and ego bashing at that time was also out of control. Just saying that my non OE Evo VIII was still faster than a IX. Damn I miss that car....
Bottom line. If you ask me Turbo power is superior! But I still like my SC and won't be getting a TC any time soon. What I really want is RWD. Maybe that 2.0 tubro Hyundai Genisis will be good.

if ANY tc is new and under 500 miles the boost is limited .Thats why you think is kinda slow when you drive it from the lot .They limit the boost until its broke in.When i ordered mine i was kinda pissed becouse it felt slow .Until i found out about the boost limiting when new . i dont know if those cars where from that or what .im just sayin

Noob questioni from me, what is the boost gauge thingy? It looks weird there. Mix between XM radio and a GPS

Reprogrammable LCD Display.. has a boost gauge, g-meter, a/f ratio.. and i think some other stuff. a "rare" option. Most of the turbo Balts I've seen have the usual Autometer boost gauge. I think its like $300ish from the factory

RPD.. reprogrammable performance display
shows a/f, spark advance, cam phaser angle (whatever that is LOL), boost, instant torque, or just MPH with a lateral G force meter..
pretty freaking slick.. i had my dealer get this car from michigan. closest one around that had what i wanted. i have every option except the pedals.

Was down there for 10 minutes wit my bud Matt and his VW Toureg. Talked to Dynamik and someone else then left. Cops didn't look like they cared.. everyone was chill. Saw that R8.. heard the owner was a real douche bag
