Well, only 3 of the 21 responded to the request for what time would work. He picked a date, numerous people have said it will work. Unfortunately, not everyone will make it. Its basically throwing a stone into a pond, and trying to make the most ripples. You won't be able to ripple the entire pond.

 

I took it upon myself to just take pick a day. I have however said something was going to be the end of the month. Understandibly not everyone can make evrything. When I asked people for a weekday or weekend no on responded except a select few. Not my fault.I have been part of this coming together since the original thread. Also notice I did start this thred and I have been active in talking to people and gtting peoples information and keeping the thread alive as well as doing my best to talk to people on here and form new friendships. Yes for right now I have taken a bit of a leadrship roll but so far everyones been ok with it and at the meeting thngs will be further discussed. Bottom line is we needed a meeting and if I waited on all 21 members I don't think I would of hd everyones reponses for a week or so. I understand not everyones online all the time. I want to get this club going and I took initiative to do so after speaking with tom who is also a big part of this. Again, its not bing single minded. Like iv time and time again, that at the meeting everything will be talked about. We can meet on weekends for all I care. But like I said I don't see one weekday killing anyone especially since so far it seems like a good day. I have take th highway aswell and I'm also a half and hour plus away. I undrstand coming from the city sucks and that's why I keep saying these things need to be brought up at the meeting so we can work around everyone. If anyone has a problem with what I have done so far please let me know.

 

so many posts haven't went thru em, but it doesn't matter to me weekday or not, except no Mondays or Wednesdays. my wife works those days so i watch my son. was a day set yet?

Nobodys said a definite day they wanted so he came up with one and the majority said it was a good day. It's understandable if ya can't make it and will filled in as soon as everyone gets home from the meet. Not everyone will be able to make it to every meet it's just the way things go somtimes. Can't wait to meet some of you and to see a few of you again. I won't have my car there instedad I'll be driving by Rusty Yota pickup. lol

i should have my pcm back from wicked by next week. hes flashin my break in tune. hopefully i can put on some miles by then and make sure everything is good w my build. id hate to drive all that way and have somethin screw up w my ride and then be stuck.

Those of you in the city, anyone near Loyola? I live there m-f or class, but i go home to work weekends... I rarely ever see any SS's in the city

 

Ditto on not seeing many SS's in the city. I thought i saw one at the grocery store the other day and when I got closer it turned out to be LS with a highrise.

 

I live by Irving Park and Cicero, not too many over here. Actually im the only one.
