I mean, Ricky's a cool guy, and knows alot of ****, but he came from the SRT front. He doesn't know **** about our cars, thats why Matt and I are around. Now, knowing Ricky, he was probably extremely nice to you, although he was mistaken. Sorry its taken so long for me to get an answer from Dave, IDK what goes on in the shop. I know our tech was out a few days, sick, or personal leave, w/e. Dave's a busy guy even when our Tech is in the shop working, so I can imagine how hectic it is right now.

That said, if you can't wait any longer, go to a dealer. I appreciate you wanting to bring your money to us, but c'mon man... don't be like that.
