Oh, that is SO mine, and it is SO getting fought. The cop SHOULD have wrote it for a 35mph speed zone, BUT, i made him nervous by asking to see the radar, since my speedo said I was doing a hair over 40 (42, but my speedo is off about 1.5mph). He didn't clock me, and I know it because he beat around the bush when i asked to see the radar, saying he will check if its still up there or not. Once I had to sign the ticket, I saw that and just dropped the radar thing, thinking I am sure I can get this dropped.

 

Bhhahaha dont they have to show you the radar? its not just going to go away...

 

Yeah, they do. He didn't refuse, but I just dropped that issue once I saw that he was drunk and wrote me for 49 in a 55. Figured he could still be a ***** and get me for front plate, or anything else. Another reason I know he didn't clock me is he didn't write me a full citation, he wrote me a 'courtesy citation'. Its a $25 citation, non reporting to my ins and the state. So basically, its a revenue generating pile of bullshit.

 

Thats hilarious dude you got a speeding "citation" for apparently going 6 under the speed limit. They just do that in hopes that the ******* driving admits guilt then what proof do the police need? none
