I'm about to make a road trip to Michigan and kick somebody's ass. Some dude is in my for sale thread trying to **** me over. Saying my car has been in an accident, and that its not putting down the power I am saying it is. Even though, I have never said it has put any power down, i just said the turbo kit is CAPABLE of 530whp. And oh, just because someone backed into the car in a parking lot and left means my car was in a ******* accident? I am seriously fuming pissed.

 

I like spanky's idea but with silver rather than Gold. Silver goes better with the color of our cars better than gold. We should have a designated spot in the middle close to where we did yesterday then have like to more optional ones one more north and one more south.

I didn't announce a price for tunes while I was at the first meet. I gave it some thought and I think 200 dollars for a tune seems pretty reasonable as long as you are a club member =D.

I personally think we should have a set meeting place for the people that are close and or in chicago. Say every friday or every saturday or both at X place at X time. That can be decided between the group. Then if anyone is bored on a fri/sat and wants to meet up they will know the place.

As far as the shirts go, I personally would rather have a hoodie. Dunno if its possible to get sweatshirts or not, but I think with the cold weather they would be better. That's just my 2 cents, if the majority would like shirts then lets go with that, just tossing out ideas.

Monday I am going to start the website, feel free to offer me some ideas as a template/background etc and I will get started on it. Not exactly sure how long the site will take but I will keep you guys updated on it. We will also be having a forum on the website so we can contact each other on there and buy/sell/trade things.

I have a few pics from the meet, I will post them up if you guys want, if not we will keep this just a discussion thread.

ive updated the list! right now it also seems that a middle color with multiple outlines is taking off and also one permanent once a month meet at a permanent place is giong aswell.

as far as the apparel goes. i dont think we will have a problem doing anything. i agree being that the weather here sucks ass for a few months it wouldnt be a bad idea. im working on some designs but we'll have to wait and see. feel free to shoot me pics if anyone else has ideas too. that way when it comes time to vote i can just post up all the pics

what kind of center colors are you guys looking for? im thinking to suite everyones tastes maybe we can do 3 center colors and like 3-8 outline colors? or maybe we can choose a few set in stone middles and outlines. just giving some ideas. i only say that we get a few things set in stone so that costs of decals arent outrageous. as soon as we figure it all out and get a design ill talk to my vinyl guy and get a quote. also im thinking for a design that we do whatever our logo is on front with our website on back.

Its basically a car club for ecotecs. We will have a website, discounts at ced and a meeting once a month. Also, I do tunes for the members at 200 bucks.

Boosted, my bar tab was 33 dollars that night. That double crown and coke was 16 dollars lol. My gf's drink was like 8 and my buddies drink was 8 i think too. It was stupid expensive but was a good time for sure. Next time around if its a smaller group, which I for some reason have a feeling it might be, we should hit up like a rest/bar type of deal that is cheaper.

A bar by my house, in the city, not downtown but on the northside sells the same **** for 4 bucks a drink.

 

Zach, let's not turn this into a walking 'I tune for cheap' advertisement. I know there are already some people in the club that are unhappy with your tunes, and if this thread blows up into a he said she said bullshit game, alot of people are going to get annoyed. Everyone knows you tune, don't clutter the thread with it. You can take the prices to PM, no need to keep putting stuff up here.
