The leg is there man. The pedal is nice and stiff it's gonna take a few daysto get use to it. I gotta learn to rev it up before I start releasing the clutch. If I don't rev the whole ******* exhaust system shakes haha

well i dunno then, cause i hear everyone with lowering springs is complaining about a shitty ride. does anyone else have the ones i bought? And if anyone wants o=a decal let me know what color.

read up in the suspension forums.....ill give you a quick run down of springs and coilovers on the sstc

Pedders - BEST BEST BEST Spring in combination with LNF STRUTS. overall with other struts they are good aswell to. the springs provide an ok drop but they arent the stance nore the drop that everyone is looking for. lnf struts with an ottp hardcore or street sway bar and and lnf front sway bar with powergrid sway bar links is an ultimate handeling package. not much you can beat there

H&R - the springs on the lnf struts make the car handle like garbage. its not the worse handling but let me tell you from having the springs.....its not the best. the drop does look the best buy car. i recommend koni or anze struts with h&r springs. i high recommend rack spacers to help with bump steer.

Eibach SPORTLINES - pretty much the same as H&R springs with the expection the H&R springs sit a little lower. sportlines dont really improve handling on lnf struts they just give you a nice stance. i recommend koni or anze struts if you wanna go with these. i also recommend rack spacers to help eliminate bump steer.

Eibach PRO-KIT - this is the only other spring that will provide somewhat better handling on LNF STRUTS. the spring rates arent as good as the pedders but they are close enough to give you better handling. the drop with this spring isnt good either. its about the same as pedders.

B&G- provide the lowest drop off all the springs.......again the handeling isnt that great on lnf struts but isnt the worst things on earth. some people tend to have axle binding with these aswell. also i recommend rack spacers to take care of bump steer.

Stance coilovers - best coilovers out for our cars yet until you want to spend serious cash. i recommend asking for linear springs over the now progressive springs. also i recommend a stiffer spring rate in the rear over what they recommend.

TENZO, ZENN, K SPORT, and EBAY SPRINGS - dont waste your time or money.....these cheap springs tend to have nothing but problems with the coils binding and so forth. even h&r and b&g springs have coilover but they tend to last a lot longer then ebay springs.

k-sports - wouldnt waste time or money.

B&G - many people have problems with these so i wouldnt waste time or money.

I said if you REALLY want to do it so bad fine but wait til the very end of the meet or set up a time like an hour before the meet starts so the people who don't want to sit through it don't have to. Yes it's not all car stuff only and about making a few friends but my friends also know not to try and sell or lecture me on things i have no intrest in, I have friends who go around selling vacuums and roofs but they know better than to try and have me sit through a presentation when we hang out.

Who said the guy is selling anything? It sounds like it might actually give some good insight on some things. I am sure he will let the club stuff go first, then you are free to leave. Hell, you're even free to not come, if you are going to have this kind of attitude, it doesn't really sound like we're going to miss you.

Also, who would be interested in drag racing on June 25th at Great Lakes for the CED meet? We can get a group rate. Also, are we doing anything special, besides the blue tape thing?

yeah i mean even you said it yourself....he could do it BEFORE or AFTER club stuff. pretty much after the club stuff is dicussed we are usually hanging out and bull shitting. i mean after the club stuff is talked about your free to do whatever you want. loud ss/sc you might want to give a bit more insighton what you want to talk with us about.......

also guys look at it like this we are all looking to learn about things involving cars or hell im sure some of us wouldnt mind listening to some life stories and stuff. after all we all want relationships with eachother to become friends? wasent that the whole point of this? i mean we could always have a speal on the car stuff even to keep things interesting. like have a general topic of discussion.example: like i could talk about detailing and shed the light on it for everyone and how its not as horribly hard as everyone things etc.

 

I love detailing my car. Everyone should do it, puts you closer to ur car, and u learn every square inch.
