Did anyone else see the meteorite that came into the atmosphere tonight? It was amazing!!!!! Seriously, it was amazing! Melissa and I were driving down the road, when all of the sudden, the sky got bright, then it got brighter, then it got BRIGHTER and BRIGHTER until it was lightning white bright. But, unlike lightning, it had a gradual beginning, and was sustained for quite some time. It was in the north sky, and we were traveling south, so I did not get a very good look at it. I turned around just in time to see it break up and burn out. This was by far the most amazing thing I have ever seen.

 

i saw a light and that was all. my neighbors that were with me said it was lightning lol

 

by any chance was this around maybe like 1030 11ish? if so thats what the hell me and my buddies seen last night driving. we couldnt figure it out.

 

Yeah, it was about 10:04 to be exact, lol. And yeah, it looked just like lightning, but had a gradual start, kinda like HID's warming up, but not even that quick, and then it sustained for probably 30-45 seconds or so.
