I don't understand why it's even debatable if this little change saves the state $1M or more every year...

Being as my car has it on my bumper I really dont care anymore. I actually like having them on the front just so I can recognize other peoples vehicles on the road and especially the jerk offs that like to tailgate.

yea now that theres already a bracket now i prolly wouldnt take it off. unless i could get a free bumper lol
