damn it...

ok... today.. i was going to get some spark plugs at sublime right??
i got there and bought them and had them look under my hood.. cause it wasnt sounding right to me.. and as soon as we opened up the hood... engine oil dipstick was popped out and oil all over the place.... and when the guy looked at the dipstick there was white stuff other than the oil itself... and he said it might be air going to it or maybe.. coolant leaking in to it... im not sure how to deal with it cause warranty is void reason of nitrous...
and the engine rebuilding with new pistons and shaft would be at least 3000 and up...
any thoughts?? if it is only intake manifold it is causing the problem how much would it cost??
and also i would like to get to know some of the people with SS around omaha area..
my number is 402) 515-7772

My dad is the supervisor of Tri-Sale Associates on Giles road. Big machine shop with lots upon lots of nice handy machines. He could very easily weld it back together for me. Let me talk with my dad and see what he says.

Tony.... blown gasket? How many miles are on the car?

So has anyone gotten any snow tires for a good price? If so, where did you go? I called H&H and they wanted 1100 bucks for tires and steelies. I am thinking of just going through tirerack.com, cuz you can get a package for 750.

Hey, I will take that exhuast off your hands... Might have to wait until the snow goes away, but my dad says he's got a stainless steel welder at work he can steal for the weekend... we just have to figure out how to get the car airborne enough to get under there... we have a set of ramps, that might work

Do you have any pictures of the exhuast, is it already in two pieces then? I would assume so to go it off the rear axle?

Sooooooooo much easier. It is ridiculous, but now I am pissed that this warm weather is here. Where the hell did the cold weather and snow go.

My car is so freakin dirty now. I am washing it tomorrow so it will be nice and clean for a day.

well as u can see i like it too. I got it done at the car audio place off of 132nd and L, I think its called Imphase Car Audio. ne ways, theres a guy there who does tinting under the name of Auto Tint Specialists. http://www.autotintspecialists.com/contactus.html I think it was around $110-150. I know it was like $20 more to have the front two 20% instead of 35%, but i think it looks better than having it two different shades. Ive got pix in my gallery if u wanna see.

I got my car washed and cleaned out today, there is still 9 pounds of gravel on the floor but the filter on my shop vac crapped out.

Gunna see if I can't get the windows into A to Z window tint this week. Get paid thursday.
Still thinking about grabbing that exhuast...

Oh and is anyone interested in a notebook computer? I am selling one rather cheap for what it is.

HP Pavillion ZV6120us
2.0 Ghz AMD 64 bit Processor
2 GIG of ram
80 Gig hard drive
15.4" Wide screen monitor
Wireless Card

Will throw in a lap cooler and wireless mouse too

$400

The only downside is a few cosmetic scuffs on the cover. My fiance accidently treid to close the leg rest on the couch and scratched the paint on the cover, but it doesn't affect performance at all, and when the monitor is open and up, you can't see it.

Memory alone cost me $220... I think it's a steal!
