hey gun i ran crappy on my very last run my clutch smoked while there i think very last run 2nd diddnt catch hardly at all ran a 19.something my best run was a 15.6 not bad first time draging the cobalt and also a manual with some practice i will be better .

btw rob u are god heh took friends out and took them on a fast run threw some streets that are never populated. the one guy was like did you finally get the stage 2 heh.

also had a little issue on the run to get on hwy. DAMN OIL DIPSTICK POPED OUT !!! i dunno what caused that but damn scared the **** outta me cause of having my check guage light come on and then going away when i got to my friends house i poped the hood to smell if it was my clutch again thx god it wasnt.

anyways it was damn nice to put faces to names and what not rob , mike , chris , kevin nice meeting you all and hopefully we can start getting meets set up

also that ta had to be a lil upset getting beat by a 4 cyl nice run for only being able to run 1 time sux about your clutch thugh man

 

I pretty sure it was a 13.5, he beat the T/A in the other lane by a few tenths. Said his clutch was slipping during every shift. Rob drove the car around a little and agreed the clutch was done.

 

Guys, I had a blast meeting you! Yes, my spec 3+ is toast. I did a short burnout (trying not to heat the clutch up), pulled up to the line, revved to 3500rpms, and launched on the 3rd yellow. It slipped all the way through first, I shifted to 2cnd, it slipped through second, hit third, and slipped through third. I knew the clutch was completely gone. Rob asked me what happend, and I told him that I thought my clutch was toast. He drove it around the parking lot, came back, and told me not to waste my time running anymore, that it was gone. I'm shocked that the car still went 107mph and pulled an LS1, because the car felt like it wasn't going anywhere! I watched the tape from last night, and it literally sounds like I went half throttle down the track, lol. But yes, we need to have another get-together like that!

 

well i work at spirit halloween on lindburgh and 270 so ill be in st.l alot till season end then ill be going back and forth from columbia missouri and warrenton missouri
