Oh I'm sure it'll be loud as *****! But we'll just have to see if my ears ooze as much blood as Krullin's caused

Right now, it'd be easily as loud. Running open headers. Its hilarious. I'm waiting on my new headers to arrive, then its straight pipes with e-cutouts. With the dumps, it'll be ferocious.

Make sure you break that clutch in. What is it you ended up going with?

May sell my cars and buy an SS. Depends on what I can get for them and if my buddy will let me have a loan.

i wonder how the engagement is.... probly instantaneous

which isnt a bad thing if you autocross, but i wouldnt have that

im partial to heavy pedal, and smooth engagements. makes it feel like an older muscle car, and good for drag launching

They never gave me a rating, but they told me it would handle 450tq easily. I have a pic of it in the Kentucky clutch thread on pg 4.
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/driv...ch-com-237979/\

James, the guy who made the thread said it will handle 650tq, but I don't know about that.

Don't have a problem with engagement, it engages really smooth. I was kinda worried about it at first, when I drove it, it felt pretty close to stock. Pedal feel is probably a little lighter IMO.

My stage four 6 puck from clutchmasters feels just like stock. I can slip it on the street and dump it at the track lol.

I changed my oil today and I noticed what looks to be oil seeping from a gasket above where the oil filter sits. Anybody else having this happen? Is it a common problem?

Cam position sensor, yes it is common. When I had the motor apart I took them out and did some gasket maker and sealed them up.

I also found out that the ZZP mani+pte5857=no fit. So it looks like I will be beating in the fire wall lol.

Is that something you think the dealer would fix under warranty? Im sure there is a couple hours of labor involved.

I know that it was a bulletin on some cars. So I would imagine it would be. Just dont tell them you just did the clutch and stufff and you should be fine.

I'll put my stock air box and charge pipes back on. Should I put the stock a pillar and dp back in?

I talked to my buddy up at the airport and he is going to hook me up with 10 gallons of AvGas for 40 bucks. Its the equivalent of 113 Octane and is leaded obviously. But since I have no cats or O2 sensors (running dual output 555 simulator), I can run it all day long.
