i just got stationed here a week ago and at my barracks there is a cobalt ss/sc parked out in the parking lot. the wheels are factory with black centers and polished lip. its wingless and i havent got close enough to tell but its either a really weird heat exchanger or a small intercooler!

i have also seen 2 other black ones as well but no idea how to find out who they are
