not saying thats how you or anyone else would be but if you consider 200-300 for the initial tune and then another 200-300 for someone local to tune you, cuz you are getting mad knock and "tom the tuner" does a no show on you..that sucks
Understandable, but there are 2 things here. First, if I was traveling this far to do a tune, I would neither promise to do retunes, and I wouldn't make them so aggressive that they would be knocking. Second, no one understand that most of the knock seen on the EcoTec is false knock. Its just pathetic how GM made the sensors so sensitive. But, I totally understand your POV, and its no big deal. I just wanna make it out there for my Solstice customers, and told them I would try to find some interest.

No no, its good watching out. I do offer free to minimal charge (depending on changes) updates to my local customers but I would never promise anything like that to someone that far away, and I will be upfront about it. The way I look at it, I tune it to your requirements, and then I make it as safe as possible. Ya know, you tell me you only drive it in the summer, ill run it a bit more aggressive, but that means you better not drive it in the winter. Thats how I tend to do things, but I do like to stay on the conservative side, while still making power.

I run my car to the hilt, but I have the luxury of a retune any day of the week, any time of the day.

It could be the O2 sensor or weather related. I keep getting it too and mine are turned off.

me and chris drove to nashville this morning to look at one for $3500..5000 miles on a rebuilt 305(stock) motor with tad bigger cam with a tad bigger stall, new flowmasters, new brakes all way around, new tires, no rust, and no bondo. it also had t tops. a few chips here and there in the paint. only one ding and you can barely see it. and clear is coming off in some spots. needless to say he bought it.. i think he got a steal.

I can't read the data logs, so I have no idea. My car scoots like a **** though. I have it set up to kick on at 10psi, I think I'ma lower it to around 6.

I'm trying to find a place to buy meth from. Cause right now I'm running "Denatured Alcohol" and inside my car smells like I have rubbing alcohol bottles open. Smells like ass. I found a place on the far side of Kentucky. Damn near Virginia I believe that sells a 50/50 mix...its like $6.50 a gallon
