Technically you are using the domain to advertise your services and or merchandise. SO I can see the leg that the site admins / et all have. But If you are going to dole out ban sticks, be fair about it. Ban all that use the site as advertisement. That is right, ban anyone that puts anything up for sale in the classified section and all of the independent tuner. This is the only board where someone was banned for actually being a contributing member...

plus i think byt and james have a thing for each other...this isnt the first time they havent seen eye to eye. this site has become more of a i can make this much money over not a problem i can help you out or give some advice. my favorite is someone getting flamed for something that they like.. "you put that are your car, what a *******"...lol
