http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FUJIT...mZ350069418669 my bad. forgot to put that. lol. hey overboosting is caused by clogged cat. which could be why my exhaust is sounding funny to me. leak causes under boosting.

so i am going to put it in the shop to get them to fix it.

I know. I am wanting to do more cooling modds!

It is the ZZP 2.8. Will not work on the GM pulley.

Bro I talked to Charles at Automotion and they said.
-About $600 install
-$350 tune
-$600-$800 on the Roll Cage. It just depends on the cost of metal at the time.

Hows wickeds tune? Might have him tune my car once i get all the turbo goodies gathered up. Either him or going to vector but i'd rather not have to trailer the car to detroit

I would go to automotion and have charles do it if I had to do it over. Tom did a decent job on the tune, it is just a bit of a drive to go back if there is any tweaks that need to be made.

Chris did have automotion tune his kinda spur of the moment...

Know what kind of experience does charles have tuning? How did chris's say the tune was? Just trying to get a gauge em. I've been to vector and they'll deal with mostly GMs and have done alot of ecotecs so i feel comfortable with them tuning it but thats a hell of drive to Detroit especially with gas and towing my car with a duramax.

edit-i'm not gonna be ready for several months. The goal is to have it running in time to hit the track up this fall before it closes prolly the end of October.

this is my experience with have someone tune it that isnt local...I originally had wickedss tune my car from ohio. I was having knock so I convinced tom to come down to louisville during our dyno day at automotion. the day came and i got on the dyno my car was running so rich and only had gained 1 hp with the exhaust and tune. well to make a long story short tom back out and didnt show so I ended up having charles tune me at automotion which gave me 10 more hp and my af is so smooth. so if you plan on having the guy from detroit do it, expect to spend all the money for gas to make the drive back up there to have them retune if something isnt going right. or you can have charles do it for 350 and have it dyno tuned and have your af dialed in. I am pleased with charles' tune. I would have been fine with toms tuned only if he hadnt backed out and got my car running right. choice is yours but I will recommend local

wow thats alot less than i thought it would be for all that ****, but was that for the turbo kit and lowering springs? lets hope i can get 400whp with just the 20g turbo. then maybe when i get home from iraq for good ima build the engine and go with a gt35r or something like that. and peterson i think i know who you are, the yellow one with the low rise that was for sale at big m, good people same place i bought mine. and i seen the black one its a lt that drives it. theres another one thats blue running around post some specialist drives but he dont ever talk to noone.

So you would know Joe that just got Greg's old red Evo. He use to have the silver turbo'd RSX.

Charles is the **** when it comes to tuning. I would never go to anyone else. He has been doing HP Tuning on a daily bases for about 5-6 years if not longer. I don't care what anyone says about them. They know what they are doing down there. I know all of them and they ass have went to school to do what they are doing and have been around this for ever. He has tuned about 8 Cobalt's now and mine 4 times.

Yeah, that was alot cheaper then what I was thinking he was going to do it for. 400 WHP will not be a problem with that set up. An I would not go with a GT35R with this car. You will only have about 3-4K RPM's to spool. Around a 60 Trim will be more then enough.

That blue one running around on post his name it Scott if it is the one I talked to.

Well i may have to look into automotion then. Gas money was a concern going to Detroit so looks like automotion will be good option that i'll prolly go with.

i would highly recommend doing that. the guy in detroit may be a good tuner but like i said it is a hassle trying to get any tweaks made with a guy that far away.
