depends on the 335, some run small ... and yes the dreaded wheel hop!!! you should probably just do a solid axle swap at the rate you are modifying that thing

SRA's are for Panzies and Cobra owners who really want a GT

The IRS can handle just as much power once built. And I'd spend the extra money to build the IRS rather then do all the labor to swap a SRA in, plus I would NEVER feel like it's a Cobra anymore.

And oh ya, these 335's are huge

Lightning sweet rims I'm putting the same ones on my Balt when it gets warm enough. Got them chilling in the basement just waiting.

The foxbody mustang that was beating everyone...... speaking of the vid, the metallica dubstep just put me one step closer to maybe actually liking it

does anybody work for Belle Tire or Discount or some other tire business? I want to purchase 17 inch rims and tires for a Cobalt LS and 4 tires for my SSTC, I'd rather support a member and get a good deal than just some random salesman.

Also, what size tire would you guys run and NOT RUB on my Cobalt SSTC? Stock is 225/40/18's...Would you guys go any larger in either width or sidewall? Thank you for the input in advance

If im not mistaken you should be ok with a 245/40 18 for every day driving.

I thought that might rub in the twisties or around circular on / off ramps like Telegraph / Lodge interchange or M-59/I-75 interchange.

What about 235/40/18? That should be okay, right?

A 235 should be no problem. You wont even really notice the difference by looking at it.

speaking of that lol i was on that today while the roads were dry and some guy fucked up big time. sb 75 to eb 59, he must of locked them up and back end came around and he ended up spinning 160* into the "ditch" with only 2 wheels on the ground.

really how hard is it to slow down, merge, slow down more, turn, and profit?

I ran a 255/35/18 on my LNF and it did not rub at all. Order all my tires from Tire Rack.
