Who was on belle isle yesterday with a sport red tintcoat sssomething autocrossing? I didn't know they had that over there. I mean granted belle isle is a ******* race track, but still. Only thing I don't like is that the cops are way to prevalent over there. I was trying to late apex the corners of the track but this cop came out of "pit road" and kept following me. Would have been a fun course if he wasn't on my ass.

Word on the street is that due to that Porsche hitting a guy on Woodward last week the hangout spot is getting shut down. For those of you on Xceedspeed go to the Woodward thread.

you and 99.9% of woodward too. i tried to have a talk with him, he was too busy looking at his lip of his porsche then asking the kid he hit if he was OKAY. ******* douche nozzle.

I knew a kid in HS who's parents got him a Mercades and in the school newspaper, he says it's a great car, but I want my PARENTS to get me some 20'+ DUB rims on it. I know for a fact this car was at least 70k and top of the line. This was over 3 years ago though.
However, I will never forget this. He decided to show off to his friends his new car. I'm leaving the school parking lot, he's waiting for me by my Sunfire which I had at the time. He's riding my ass all the way out of the parking lot on to Hayes. I get on Hayes as does he, pulls up next to me saying his car is faster. I look ahead and about 3/4 of a mile, I see a cop that just pull in to a driveway, looking toward up. I say, ok let's get up to 40 from 5. He does it, I then slow down to 35, the posted speed limit. He's still gunning it, goes through a nearly red light and passes the cop. Needless for me to say what happened afterwards.
Next day, he's bitching at me over his ticket of doing 85 in a 35. He want's me to pay for the ticket. I told him, You have more money than sense. Guess you won't be getting those DUB rims on your ride anytime soon unless your parents also pay for stupidity.
I'm sorry, but he deserved it.

Wow. That is freaking stupid of the kid. Hope he gets caught, arrested, and put in jail, or at least have his license revoked till he's 50. How young was he?

Yeah, I sure do miss some fun. Though last Friday night was fun for me. Went to see some actors preform new and old Broadway songs. Judge me if you want, but it's nice to do something out of the norm. Some of the songs were really funny though.

got a ticket tonight for doing 62 in a 50 (that was him "pacing" me), and turning without using a blinker. my speedometer never went over 57, those of you on here who know me, know I don't drive like an *******, and my dad's a cop so I get my ass beat when I get pulled over anyways so i hardly ever speed. I tell the cop my dad's a police officer as well, and he basically said not verbatim "i don't give a ****, here's a ticket for both of the things you did wrong". I respect our police officers, obviously my dad is one, but dick's like this guy shouldn't be protected by the union. just my .02
