I've not had the chance to ride in a GTO or Cobra yet, but I know a guy who has a built SS and a somewhat stock GTO and he says that gto is slow, but rides great. F wheel hop, just sayin. I almost picked up an 04 GTO for 8k before I found my SS, was also contemplating a 02 WS6 with like 44k on it Navy Blue Metallic nom nom

As for 03/04 Cobras... Well it only takes $2000 in mods to be knocking on, if not make 500whp.
Yep, live just north of Lapeer.

I'm hoping that after realizing I can't power shift the car at 7k on a stock clutch I'll be able to run faster. But it was like 90 when I went too lol. I hooked good though, for 2.2 60's on Goodyear Eagle GT A/S's haha

Oh hell no, NLS may be fun with turbo cars but no real point on the S/C. It was mad fun in the 400whp 1st gen DSM I drove though haha.
Even ZZP told me after they did my S3 install the stock clutch had been driven really hard before I got the car. So it was just kinda learning to launch the car that day. After I get the car back though it may be a diff story, possible GMPP clutch inc.
I'll rephrase the whole poweshift thing though, I can't grab 2nd at 7k, but I was able to grab 3rd fine at 7k.

That was the first time ive been that i didnt think the track prep was excellent. maybe it was because it rained all day before then who knows.... I do know that if I start racing again my driver mod has seriously dropped off after 2+ years of not racing lol. I need more cowbell.... I mean practice.

Just got word on my engine finally, has 25k on it. They will be starting the install either late today, or hopefully tomorrow. Which means by next Wednesday I'll have it back.
