try pluging the bulb from the good side in to see if it works on the bad side and if it works its the blub if not its the balast. some sets you can buy just the bulb

No drag strip. We have 3 express ways and a straight 2 mile stretch of empty road to use. We stayed out till 4-5am last year. It's a fun time. There's a group that comes from Lansing and a group from Southfield
