i think they were black with a chrome lip. IDK i didnt pay too much attention. Waved as i went by tried to get him to keep up but he was only goin 70 :/

Finally got my ARK shorty today. PITA to install **** just breaks off the bracket its on terrible design GM. Also found out my nipple on my stock intake was broken the other day so I did a little searching and ended up winning a used K&N on eBay for $120 so win on that but fail on installing without a tune. Honestly tho what should I be looking for with issues I may have without a tune? It seem to run fine and my car still spikes 22 and holds at 20psi. It's running like a bat outta hell so I need to crack into this car some more. Honestly I think its running better with the intake. Pulls harder in second and breaks the tires loose if I'm not careful.

I wanna say I saw a black SS on grand river in Brighton today, but I only caught half a glimpse cause I was spacing out. Hell, I'm not even sure if it was an SS, I barely remember it being black with black rims, but I think it was. Someone here?

I'm going to be out friday, then Sat for the cruise for sure. Not going to do much driving though, going to play it safe with the balt till I can figure out when I get my clutch replaced.

Well at this point I may not have my car for the Cruise, but if I do i'll come out friday night.

Dealer said they have clutch problems now, clutch is not staying at the same spot for engagement. i guess it's engaging closer to the floor the longer it sits, so either slave or master was F'ed during install.

Saw a couple Black Balts in Flint tonight one spooled past me on Hill crossing over Dort Hwy. I have the silver 4 door with yellow fogs. I'm heading to Woodward tomorrow after work. Be there around 6ish see you guys out there.

Had lots of fun at woodyward tonight, gotta love the loud ass mustang gt's that think they are faster than the balt. (some maybe but none ive come across not bashing). Got a go with a neon srt4 and a white wrx sti decked in decals in mexico +2. then on the way home in japan there was a loud ass mustang gt plate "myfirstGT" that was messing with me got a taste of my exhaust by a mile. +1.

ill probably be out thur and friday in the balt but be in the miata on saturday and park.
