06black is the only person I would ever let touch my car. Bryans a pain to get hold of sometimes because he's busy but he really is the best. If you need something tuned go with him.

Funny. As I look on the web page this is the only thing it says, nothing about in store credit or an cash as a refund. Oh and if you also don't remember this part "These charges are applied at our discretion. Core's must be received within 14 days from the delivery date for them to be accepted." was what you added after I pointed it out to you that you didn't have it on the main web page. Best of all was that despite the fact I pointed it out you still denied it. The system is set up to fail and in turn you to "give" people in store credit so they have to buy from you again.
I would have really liked to see some pictures of my damaged core because when I shipped it there was nothing wrong with it at all.
I like how you say you went "above and beyond" to help me out to make you look like a hero. You were not losing any money in my situation so why not just give me my refund? As much as you want to say it was on there your website never mentioned anything about the 14 day period until after I pointed it out. Considering the fact I helped clear up future confusion for other customers you should have thanked me but instead you tried to get as much money out of me as you could. Above and beyond service? Hardly.

Your refund can be given in store credit or put back on your charge card, we will make the decision on which one you get. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances
I have already stated that I was wrong about the core return and the 14 days being on the website, that doesn't matter thought because you were past the amount if time we had to send money back to an account through paypal. That is the only reason you got store credit. I have already taken the blame for our site being wrong about the 14 days, how about you agree that you didn't read and fully understand the refund policy? I have the pictures of your core right here and can post them but it wouldn't solve anything because you already got your money back. I'm not asking for alot here, we both need to show some humility.

Blahhhh Im not looking forward to tomm. Get to drive 15 miles farther each way and wake up 30min earlier to work. yay! Plus ill find out how bad my car is :/

^ this, I'd come out if I did not have to work. Can't hurt to have my tune double checked. Plus I'm taking the car in to get the door fixed next week, stupid thing don't seal now....
