Will also be at ZZP Friday getting a blower pulley done for a friend, he is coming a long way to have me and Murphy help install his ZZP S3 kit. Should be a fun day.

just kind of wondering if there are any cobalt clubs in the detroit metro area. I live in Rochester Hills. I'm interested in seeing some modded balts and maybe go for a few rides or line em up.

80% of the people in this thread are from the metro-Detroit area. Mods on your Vette and Balt?

thats cool. the balt has a 2.5" zzp downpipe with the high flow cat, aem dryflow filter, and lnf trans mounts. I had intended on keeping it stock till the flex pipe broke and the mounts went to ****
LNF shocks, struts, and springs are going on in the spring along with some ss/tc wheels and better tires.
the vette has intake, intake mani, ported tb, headers, exhaust, tune, some good pads and rotors, and z06 size tires and wheels. in the spring its getting all new shocks, rear spring, sway bars, all poly bushings, new diff, clutch, alum fw, adjustable mc, slave cyl, racing seats, and some other goodies. also have a few appearance mods like headlights, screens, and goofy stuff like that.
im not much on power mods and more on suspension. i like braking and taking fast corners. eventually ill put some brembos on the balt probably when my warranty runs out.
I plan on doing a lot of autocross next year. Is there a club or anything for cobalts around here that i can join to get discounts at autocross events? Im getting a membership with a vette club, but im not sure if they will accept it if i decide to bring the cobalt sometimes.

1995 Corvette LS1 350 5.7L with 300HP, 340 lb/torque 10:5:1 compression ratio. This thing is loud and mean, and all stock, minus a K&N air intake that the 2nd owner put in. Also has a JVC CD Casette radio, and auto dim mirror with compass and outside temp. 2nd owner put all that in. I'm now the 4th owner of this car, and I plan to keep it for a long time. 2nd owner kept and 8.5x11 piece of paper and wrote down every maintenance thing done on the car. Even included the date and mileage. It's clean inside and out, and heck, it prob could be put on a show room floor to be sold as new, minus the 69,100 mils on it.
