ZZP LNF Cobalt SS dyno 677whp - YouTube
Here is a dyno video of matts 2nd pull at 677whp breaking up on the top end with a E98/110 mix. They did drain this for a E98/C16 mix and will dyno the car more later on.

realy, man my parents will be pissed for 2 weeks in a row of not going to church, need to move out asap
hey!
I have an '04 Redline and need help with a stage 3. i live in MI and im looking for help. I posted this already over on redlineforums but im looking for anyhelp i can get. I'm in central MI, this should explain everything...
"I want stage 3......i just want it. so here is what im ordering
zzp 2.9" pully (with hub)
GM stage 2 belt
colder plugs
zzp 50# injectors
s3 HE
DP endplate
zzp canned tune
new IC pump
Should cost me about $700 but here is the kicker.... i dont trust my self putting it all in, and i dont have a pulley press. i asked zzp what labor would be, they they gave me some rough estimates but it looks like if i have them put everything in it will cost me about 1300 bucks. The problem is that this takes me out of my price range. even if i stick with a 3" pulley and dont do the HE im still looking at $900+ with labor.
I mean i can change a belt, swap the plugs, swap the injectors, put in the new pcm, and *im assuming* change the pulley and swap my IC pump. however, i have no idea where to start with the HE and DP endplate... and im missing some of the needed tools (and have no garage).
so is there anyone in MI or northern OH/IL that could help me out? ill do all/most of the work i just want someone who can help if **** goes sideways and can show me what to do at certain points. ill throw ya a case of beer and $100 :-)
oh, and im not trying to knock or complain about ZZP or their price to do the job....its just out of my price range"

The HE should be pretty easy to mount, dual pass endplate seems fairly easy, just need a drill and tap, fitting, and some patience. I'm pretty sure you can rent the pulley puller from ZZP for your pulley dilemma.

When are you looking at doing all of this? I have installed all of this on more then one cars before haven't done a FMHE on a redline but have on two Cobalts can't be that much more difficult. But I don't have pulley puller you will need to rent one from zzp. We could work something out I have a buddy that can help also.
