Ok, so here is an update to the situation with my car.
Just did a compression test and everything was good across the board, my oil level is still good, and I still don't have any visible leaks.
I think that I may have forgotten to mention in my previous posts, that when I drive the car very easy I only lose a tiny bit of coolant, but when I get on it and I let off in third at higher rpms, whether it's to shift or not, that's when I get the major flutter and lose a ton of fluid, almost like it is sucking it out of the motor during vacuum.
Also, after I shut the car off after pushing it a little bit I hear what sounds like a squishing sound coming from the top/front of the head where the radiator, turbo, and overflow hose all connect, just wondering if that could be a symptom of the problem I am having?
My temps are staying in the normal operating range for the coolant, although sometimes they are below 190° even on a really hot day, which they where never below 190° before I started noticing these symptoms. Could that be a symptom as well?
If you guys have any more info that could possibly help I would greatly appreciate it.

I need my lip repainted again.
Coolant just disappears? Or does it come back? squishing sound seems like air is in the system, meaning leak somewhere. Maybe get some UV dye and go that route. Maybe by the heater core? Because if i remember correctly you said you didnt see fluid anywhere. Just my thoughts/suggestions. And my coolant temp is anywhere from 185-205 at any given time/temp/ ac on or off.
I also wanted to say I finally saw some white vapor, not quite thick enough to be smoke, but it happened this morning right after start-up. During the start-up the car bogged down and almost stalled out, during the times of bogging down my dad said he saw the white vapor, but when the idle picked up it went away. I don't know if that was normal or if it was coolant, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

unfortunately there isn't a sweet smell in the cabin and the heater works just fine, I wish it were that easy to tell where my coolant is going.
I did go to the dealer that one of my friends works at and talked to the engine guy about this. Basically he thinks that it may be the turbo since there isn't any coolant anywhere else.
The only bad thing is is that I need to get a stock ecu so that I can get them to tear it apart to find out for sure, especially if it turns out to be any part of the head, block, or turbo, since they are all "restricted" parts, prompting them to send my ecu configuration to GM.
