What a great weekend I had. I was in my truck on my way to Michigan getting ready to get on the turnpike and I heard a thump. I didn’t see anything in the road so I didn’t pay it any mind. So I was at the enterence and I smelled a little gas. I thought it was the semi next to me so I entered the turnpike. The next thing I know this Silverado comes speeding up next to me telling me to pull over. I thought it was an unmarked police car, so I pull over. This guy comes running out telling me to get out of my truck because I’m leaking gas. I run out of the truck to a grassy area and I look. Gas was pouring out of my truck like water pouring out of a two liter. The bad thing about it is that I had a full tank. So my truck is sitting in 18 gallon of 89 octane and praying one of the semis don’t throw a spark and set my **** ablaze. So right now my truck is sitting at a dealer in I don’t know where Ohio and I have a $1100 bill for a gas tank that has to be shipped from Cali.
I still made it to Woodward friday night in my car with no rear brakes.

Yeah I didnt end up going because I was out with friends and had an exhaust leak which is getting fixed soon. When you going to be back in Michigan?
What power source are you using? I tapped into the sunroof source for my Valentine, works great.

i have a passport radar and found a cheap $13 harness on ebay. it doesn't have any lights but it has a mute button on it. They asked what features i wanted on it; style button/tap. I got a mini fuse tap that fits around an existing fuse. very well put together. i think i picked the wrong button style tho, it's very small and hard to push so idk where i'm gonna put it.
got it from safe-N-sound1. it looks like they have a bunch of different kits for different radars

so i just hard wired my radar and took my car out for a spin. i was goin 45 in a 50 and flyin past ppl and then some escape decides to cut over about 5 feet in front of me and then locks em up to make a turn without using their turn signal. I slid like crazy and thought i hit them i was so close. the guy behind me and the guy in the lane next to me locked em up too. it was a cluster **** of sliding cars and i was in the middle  thank god no one got hit.
still dont know where to put my mute button. any ideas? it sits on the wires and not at the end, if that makes any sense
