I'm not saying it isn't fun as it sits now. My 86 GTI is a total fkn blast to drive as it is now... but I also know it'll be a hell of a lot of fun with a GT45R on it.
Like was said before... no one is trying to make the decision for you. But owning a boosted car is a hell of a lot of fun... something every car enthusiast should do. I'm just trying to help you see the light.

And I like the boost to be coming from a turbo lol. I like having the bigger turbo on the car and giving rides. I say "you ready" and hit it in third at a lower rpm and the car is barely moving and the passengers are looking at you like wtf, then all of a sudden it starts building boost and just starts ripping. Then they just smile. Thats just me tho.

So Chris, should I take Drew on a ride in the 4dr? I really like how it pulls in 2nd.
And Drew, Saturday would be the best for me and the warmest to do the brakes on your car, how about you? Let me know.

Ya, Saturday is going to be the warmest day for the weekend. I have an insulated garage, but it is not heated. What really sucks though, is that I have one car on jacks stands right now. I can not move the car even if it was nice out.
It will be tight with three or four people in there.
You can try and text me to see if it works, mine has been acting funny lately.

Well, the garage was not to bad while we put the new brakes on. We just had to make sure we left the garage door closed, as the wind was going. It didn't take to long to get the new rotors and pads on. It was a unique way of doing it, as we did on side then the other. He had to move the car between sides as my other car takes up a portion of the garage, oh and its on jack stands too!!!
Thanks to Josh for helping too, as Drew was able to see how easy it was to do.

Drew, how do the brakes feel?
Well, other than being 10°F outside, everything is good. Oh, and both of my cars sit outside while me wifes car is in the garage!!
Hoping the old beast starts today, as I decided to take the truck over the Cobalt to work.
