Back a few years ago when I was in the SRT4 scene, Dragway 42 was the place to go if you wanted to get more than 2 runs a night. Norwalk or Summit was always having BS events coupled with their test and tune night so you might get 2 passes if you were lucky. Pretty frustrating when you drive out there, fuel up with race gas, etc and only get maybe 2 runs.
We went for one test and tune and they had Harley night...I love bikes but old ass Harleys that leak oil all down the track after almost every run for the riders to see 14s in the 1/4 mile was my breaking point

I went to D42 on saturday and it was horrible.... It is faster than quaker, il give them that.
I ran between 11.1 and 11.5 trapping 129 with my best 60ft being a 1.8? and worst a 2.0. There was literally zero prep.
Sad part is at this point idk where to go, Norwalk or Pittsburgh raceway they are both 2 hours away. Norwalk is a few minutes further away from me but everyone I know with a trailer lives closer to PRP so I guess I have to head there. It isnt very nice either though....

I am heading to PRP next thursday and will try to go to norwalk some wednesday night. I dont get home from work until 530 though so I would have to work from home that day and then I could get there right around 5:30, maybe in another 2 weeks or so I can make it.

I went to 42 last friday and I got like 7 runs in and that was with showing up late and taking a couple breaks to BS. I can't say much about the track or prep because it was my first time racing. And there is still a gravel/dirt driveway its not to bad though. might be rough on a slammed car like Brent's but mine is lowered on springs and was fine.
