Need powdercoating in NE Ohio

Hey all, I want to get my rims powdercoated but the wife says she cant find anyone around the Parma, Middleburg Hts, Strongsville area that can do it. I am currently in Iraq so I am unable to prove her wrong. Does anybody know of any reputable shops in the area. Thanks.

Google is her friend, it will give her many options!!!

Google

In Akron, Akon Powdercoating can do them. In Medina, Motomotion can do it. These are a bit farther, but options.

Go to New Image Powdercoating in Struthers, just south of Youngstown. They do VERY nice work. That's where I got my wheels done. I'm VERY happy with it.

listen here smart guy, if i wanted a generic "look it up on google" comment i would have asked for it. what i am asking for is who knows of any reputable shops in the area. so keep your dick beaters off the keyboard if your going to be a smart ass.

the second part of your post is what i was looking for.

They were $80 per wheel for sandblasting, primer, color, and clear. Already had my tires dismounted but I assume you'd have to get that done ahead of time. It took somewhere around 3 weeks I think, but you could probably get it done quicker if you tell them you're in a hurry. I think they had to order new powder too so that was probably some of the wait.

Your welcome, and I like being a smart ass. You ask things, and if you look around you can find answers quickly.

And for prices, everyone that I talked to was $100 or more now. That is why I did my own powdercoating.

well i have very limited time on the internet over here to search for things so, your comments are not appreciated when i am asking for peoples personal experiences with these companies. so please do stay out of my thread. your opinion is not needed in my thread anymore since you're going to be a smart ass. thanks and goodbye.

thank you for the info. that doesnt sound like to bad of a deal. the tires are coming off in a couple days and the wife is ordering new tires so the time frame will work out perfectly. i am going to have her give them a call on monday as well. the only good thing about being deployed is that i dont put miles on my car and i can do things like this that will take time without having to use the wifes truck. only have 11750ish miles on the car. had it since i bought it new with 9 miles in 2009.

Depending on how quickly you're trying to get it done I can do it for you. I'm waiting on a good price for a bigger oven right now though. I'm tired of only being able to do one wheel at a time.

Well, Mr. Splitpersonality, I am not Ignorant.

You just can not take someone having some fun with you. And at the same time trying to help you out.

I like to joke with people, as Josh knows. He has been to my house, because we helped out another person on this forum with his car.

I don't like it when people get mad about other telling them to search google, personally. I spent 5 minutes just now, and found all of the places everyone has mentioned just now. Might want to keep the trash talking to your self...

Other than that, good thread. Informative.
