Word. Yeah my next "goal" in life is to get in shape. Theres a guy on this forum whose gonna be PM'ing me soon with a complete monthly grocery list + supplements I need to pick up. That, combined with me starting to run every day....aiming to lose 30-40lbs by the end of the year.

haha everyone is getting it shape, my g/f, sister and myself have a beat (300 bucks) on if they loose more weight vs me getting my six pack back. all by Dec 1st. my sister is pretty over weight but my g/f just needs to tone up a bit. So it should be interesting on who wins. best of luck to you guys.

lol yah im gettin in shape too i already lost 15lbs just by not eating late and not drinking soda or any sugary drinks...
i think friday it is im going to see a nutrionist (the right way to do things) one thing you need to realize josh everyone doesnt react the same to supplements it also isnt a safe way to go unless their healthy supplements... im aiming to weigh 185 lbs again...i weighed 245 lbs gaining 40 pounds by working at olive garden

i was 155 all through HS but i also ran at least 3 miles a day (XC, indoor and outdoor track; 800m was the shortest i ran) but i am right around 180ish and 5'10 so i am not upset with my weight i just need to get some muscle.

well my ideal weight is 195 lbs i have a real muscular build used to squat over 460 lbs and bench pretty close to 300 when i played football... now its alot different haha
