Well well well ladies and gents! It is time to start planning our annual spring meet in Ohio. Most of you know the deal, anyone and anything is welcome. We'll be holding the event at the Hoover Dam Park in Columbus, OH... We moved to a dealer last spring for the meet, but the overall enjoyment wasn't the same; although we had a good demonstration from GM of the SS/TC. But it just wasn't the same, maybe it was the weather, who knows.

So, this is an invitation to any and all Cobalt, ION, HHR, G5, Other Domestic, Import, Euro car enthusiasts in the surrounding states and even Ol' Canada!. SRT's can go to the far end away from the big crowd... lol We can try to make it a two day event again. Maybe more organized? I'd need some dedicated assistance from a few members. But either way this is always a blast.

Starts 1:00PM May 2, 2009 (moved from our usual late april date for better weather) We'll hang out, chill, BS, bench race, give out Rice Awards, then head to Quaker Steak & Lube around 5pm for dinner then head across the parking lot to Magic Mountain for some kick-ASS Drift Karting. Did you read... DRIFT Karting!!!

hahah yes im finally number 2 on the list!!! im usually about 50 or something, now the veteran is on top bitches.

wicked the hoover damn does hold 70 spots. end row of 25, middle row of 40, plus another end row of 20. all our cars are now part next to each other. i think its a really good idea, plus we can take a group photo by just organizing our cars together in the parking lot, then the photographer goes to the top of the damn (you canwalk across it on top and look down into the river or the damn side) and take the picture of all our cars together) im gonna take some sample pictures for everyone to see, ill try to get them posted by this friday.

and yes theres a hoover damn in ohio, its not only in nevada...

new member? have you been to a meet yet? looks like you have a pretty good mod list going once theyre installed. if everything is on by the meet i wanna line up and see how they compare. theres always some kind of summer meet at a drag strip somewhere, i just got my drag radials in on sunday!
