Haha, well up here to you and down here to Vik!
Yeah ... I'd rather not chance it considering 12 more hours of waiting is a hell of a lot better than retinting and the drive since the shop is a good 40 miles from my house!
Sunroof it is! I'm going to hear the awkward pressure build up with just the sunroof open and no windows down! Oh well, I'll just turn up the radio louder

Well I just got my windows done... hopefully I can roll them down by friday night ... the shop told me 3 days ... friday night will be 56 hours or so ... think that's enough time?? I can't cruise down the highway without being able to open my freaking windows!!! HAHA

PS - my name's Matt by the way!!
Look forward to meeting you all in person!
That reminds me of the time in my 89 Saab 9000 turbo when I was driving in the rain, put my passenger window down on the highway by mistake and it fell off track and into the door. It was POURING outside needless to say. FAIL
FML was running through my mind at the moment.

A few years ago when I had my '97 E36 M3, I drove down to SC to visit my parents........and the left window didn't roll up or down at the time. And it was GORGEOUS outside. I was sooo freakin mad at that trip. The whole time I had the passenger side window down and the sunroof open.........but not the window on my side. So much fail.

Pfff......you know damn well I don't need beans to be a fart factory
lol my sister used to have an '85 Volvo (don't know what kind....it was a sedan though). Anywho, for whatever reason, her and her date decided to take her car to her senior prom. Well, she forgot to tell her date that he couldn't put down the passenger side window. Why? B/c it won't go back up, lol. Anywho, it was a very very bitter cold night that particular night, and the poor guy had to take his coat off and hold it over the window the entire drive there and back

I think I did enough setting the meet up and keep the list up to date. Being as i've not even from MD, nor am I really there that much, I know pretty much nil about the roads up there. Someone from MD whos familiar with all the roads/highways/interstates up there can plan out a route.

Rt 108 goes from rockville to baltimore more or less, but it's all back country roads. Lot of hills & turns, a few places to open it up, couple small towns to pass through but a nice senic ride. Start at Shady Grove metro station, about 10 min from D&B, ends at Rt 175, exit 41 on I-95. Anyone headed that way can follow me cause the beltway sucks all day.
