Ok, I know I will be attending, and I know Ben will be, and another guy from NC, and im picking up 2 in Virginia on my way up. I dont know if alot of them are checking this thread or not and I know for a fact one of them doesnt even have a paypal.

Questions:
$20 includes room food and drinks?
I understand you need half upfront, but this means you can still take money at the door day of right?

i sure it will still happen but unless we all get there at the same time we cant get the room until everyone that has not paid has got there, but im sure we can end up doing something.

haha i sent them pms when i got on here like at 11 :] but since i cant get my paypal thing to work we're going to use brian (thats right,right? lol) email for pay pal. now just for those who don't have paypal/ don't want to use it i guess they just mail checks..

well i went with what you had on the front page of 16.99 for food then some dollars for the room having it split

$1280 is what we need total if we go with 60 people at 16.99 a person for food and 2.33 for drinks and the 120 thats a total of 1280. it is actually gonna come out to 22 a person for it all thats with 60 peopl eif we get more it will go down

Yeah, its $16.99 (lets just call it $17) for food + $120 split by the amount of people coming. However, since I doubt everyone will chime in in time to get this room, I guess us people paying for food will just have to pay for the room as well. But $120 split by say....20 people won't be too bad.

So, come April 1st, whoever is on the list will pay $17 + $120 split by whatever the amount of people signed up for food is. Its not fair.....I know. But we can't just wait forever for all the slackers. If we want this room, we need to act now. So hopefully this way I can call D&B on the 2nd and we can get them half the money and reserve the room.
