Yeah, either way, they will find someway to get them. I think Manhattan it's still 18, but who can even afford them there....they are like $10.50 for a pack. It's ridic.

well if i can con my gf in to going out i have been doing alot of guys night out so much that i got kicked out of a strip club in wv for being to drunk that funny i only had a total of 12 captin and cokes that i remember 
that was an expensive bill
