Yea but look at what it does give us over others. We can take time to get builds and things that the cars need done and not have to rush. If it was the middle of the summer I would want to get things done as fast as possible.

I have been trying to figure out production of the video... I hate to do this but I think I will have to do a teaser/trailer that is about 2 minutes long that I can put out quickly, then release a full video of 5ish minutes (depending on what footage I have to work with).

I will be filming the weekends prior to the meet so if you are interested let me know. I will probably make a separate thread in April to set everything up.

Alrighty then. My Mazda is coming along nicely. Got the center console removed and the map tray all ready fro the new gauge pod, as well as the stock shifter off and ready for the TWM kit when it finally arrives. I can just grease it and bolt it up. Here is a rundown of the crazy things I've bought this week.

Nautilus Shorty Headers
Dual-Output O2 Simulator
AWR 70duro Trans and engine mounts
TWM short shifter with bushings and cable adapter
Lotek center gauge pod
Aeroforce Interceptor Scangauge
Prosport Clear Lens Oil Temp and Oil Pressure Gauges
Racing Beat Rear Sway Bar to match my RB Front Bar
Oil Filter Adapter Plate for the Oil lines

Looking at NRG Ferrari XM2 style bolstered seats with their harness bar and blue harnesses for summer. They aren't Recaros, but the Mazda guys seem to be high on them.

Here are some pics of what I'm getting. Not MY car, but these are the parts.

New Headers vs Stockers

Just because my car's faster doesn't make it a bad car. I love GTO's and I nearly got one before finding my Cobra. I would love to own a LS2 GTO someday.

See I have the opposite problem. My garage is freezing cold, and I hate working in the cold, so I don't wanna work on my car in the cold. Plus, it's in full winter storage and has no battery in it so there's not much I really can do. Plus modding it in the winter just makes me want to drive it more and more. I just use winter to save up money to buy a bunch of parts in the spring.

I know lol. I can see if he'd be wanting to roll up to columbus for the meet.
Its an LS1, magic stick 3 cam, heads and headers from.. I'm not sure where to be honest.
Its pretty mean, I hate the way it sounds because its stock catback with no cats.
But everytime I drive it, I get compliments on the sound.

Nice. I love the mega death cams in those cars most. Axle-back Flowmasters are the best sound you can get aside from straight pipes for the LS engines. My buddy's 6.0L with FMs sounds like a Viper met a Harley.

Theres magnaflow mufflers in the trunk, he wants something like a custom straight pipe.
But cant find anywhere that will bend 3in pipe, if they do, they refuse to work on it for lack of cats.

My uncle has the 6.0L Silverado SS and its procharged. Idk what his exhaust setup is, but ohhh myyy. I cream everytime I pass him.lol.

Haha. I know a guy who will. Wolfe's Auto sales just down the road from me. He has an exhaust shop next door run by his son. Not sure if he can do 3", but he's doing my 2.25" pipe without cats. He'll charge more obviously, but he does catless stuff all the time with big pipes for trucks and such. The joys of living in redneck-ville. This is like 3 minutes from my house and the drive on this road to get there is the most fun you'll have on an Ohio road imo. Not to mention the neighboring roads are all great for winding it out and testing the cars handling as well.

My mechanic used to own an SRT-10 that was cammed and had a full exhaust. Most amazing sound outside of the charge wine of my old Whipple SVT Lightning. I'll own another SVT car someday I swear. Love the sound.

Nice, will def look into it. But thats prolly more northern Ohio.
We're at the bottom lol. Been looking around KY because no one there gives a ****. Not alot of shops around here tho, its aaaaaaall farms.
We've thought about taking the tags off and loading it on the trailor and driving it to a shop, that works right? Because you could say its for drag only? Maybe I'm wrong.

And about the Lightening, yes. lol. Just yes. I dont care what anyone says, SC's sound sooo much better than turbos.
