Wow. Ask a question and everybody gets butt-hurt. All I did was ask a f'n question. Why don't you tell me the real problem you have with me. Obviously, e-thugging is easier than addressing the issue face-to-face, since most of you act like I'm not around, or decent enough to invite to do things (and I can cite specifics). Maybe that's why I'm not hosting anymore bbq's, or wrenchers.

i dont know who your talking about being butt hurt, but every time im doing something or going to an event i always ask everyone. Specifically whos the only one that has a tech sticker for the whole 2010 season? I as recall i was the only one that went with you to that event. And everytime i plan on going to the track i always ask if youre coming. and answer all of your questions that you have. Im pretty neutral on these forums so maybe i dont know the whole big picture but i dont hide behind the internet or talk behind peoples back i go no problem saying anything to peoples faces.

Seems like there's to much conflict over technical knowlege on here. Its cool everyone knows something about these cars but it seems like people keep trying to "1 up" each other with knowlege to see who knows more. The way I look at it is whatever is known here is just a scratch of the surface. I'm sure if any of us knew that great of information on these cars we wouldn't be here discussing it, we'd be working for GM designing the cars, but we don't. Just a little to much knowlege competition for no reason is all I'm reading

Despite being Pioneer or whatever, I know the door speakers were still paper . Scion tC isn't, small fact.

There is also a thread in the "how-to" about upgrading the factory sub ( https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-guide-43/how-upgrade-stock-pioneer-sub-sound-awesome-look-stock-pics-160955/ ), which is something I'd like to do utilizing the factory enclosure and keeping a factory appearance. I also would hide the amp of course. Pioneer makes a shallow mount for this, but I'm a fan of the JL W1's as my old daily had one in a truck box. Thinking I may adapt that.

What's all the bickering about? There's one truth we can all agree to. We all have something different to bring to the table. Joe s. Has the whole custom look going. Warren has shown how deep his devotion to his team is. His car is the steelers shrine of the southeast. Kenny has like all the track experience along with Connor. Joe r. Handles all of the tuning and I have experience with many different mods including an engine build. Not to by mushy but there's no need for stupid shot in this group.

And Connor, maybe we felt your newborn was more important to you at the time. We all know family should be first. That's how we see it.

Kenny, that wasn't really directed to you. You are the minority here. You've been very respectful. Jenny, as little as we know each other, has gone out of her way to be nice. Warren, I'm not trying to call you out, but I'm not sure what's going on. You seem to be sitting on the fence, just tolerating everything. As for the rest of you on the peninsula; there appears to be something going on. Ignorance has been represented, and gone as far as religious bigotry with at least one person. I'll admit they did apologize, in private, but their bigotrous slur was public. In the meantime, another person on here aided in the bigotry. The rest of you, well, you just act like you're better. Maybe I should just trim the excess crap in my life. Both Kim and I don't feel welcome out here. We got the message. Can't do anything for another year and a half, unless we become isolationists.

Danew, your statement only explains why you guys would have excluded me for the last 3 weeks. It does not explain months of this. My son is very important to me. So is my wife. And, so are my friends, at least, the people I considered friends. Maybe my priorities are wrong. Maybe I care too much, and I'm too kind. Before this **** happened I would have let anybody here having a hard time stay at my place. One of the reasons we bought the sectional we now have was because it came with a pullout full size bed. Now, I'm re-evaluating that situation.

I'm known by many for kindness, and by few for my rage. In high school, while my family was homeless (in a box on the street homeless, not the living with family because your house burned down homeless), I would do charity work for the homeless, food bank, and other various organizations. That's how generous I can be. I don't like being mad, and people don't like seeing me mad. Let's not go there, after all I only asked a f'n question.

Why? Is there something you'd like to claim or admit. You say you're gonna be real, so be real.

Its cool to me, I'm just saying what it seems like I'm reading. Everyone knows I dont say much of anything on here even technical wise. I'm not tolerationg anything, cause there's nothing for me to tolerate. I usually log on every other day or so and it seems like someone is fussing with someone else and it usually of who knows more or whos done more. Just seems a bit much, it goes from joking to pinching a nerve but whatever, I like you all anyway

Damn, guys, this hot weather is getting ya'll real bitchy!!

Now, run up to the drug store, get ya a box of Midol, stay in the A/C and chill out!!

Most of the frustration is everyone's quest to keep up with da wagon!

When it comes to technical knowledge, I know 98% of everything. The rest of ya are under 50%. With that settled, everyone needs to back off and realize that a group like this can be a great asset when everyone shares and pools what they know, helping each other out. It's starting to look like a dysfunctional family now.

As for anyone feeling left out... (listen up, Connor!), there hasn't been any kind of real G2G in a long time. So... let's plan something where everyone can get together and kiss and make up!

Or we could contribute ideas and planning to the ECC meet in August.

Just throwing that out there as very few have added a comment, and they're putting themselves out there.

:| I spent 10 hours today in a leather jacket, with blue jeans, respirator, welding hood, steel toe boots, hard hat and welding shield.

Today was HOT.

(I was welding on motor mounts that are bigger than our engines btw)

Edit- I thought I'd add before I could weld on the motor mounts I had to preheat them to 350 degrees
