lol keep the stang.. and supercharge it.. simple

 

A tune, exhaust, and intake will help wake the stang up. It's a better go fast platform than the cobalt.

Joe I saw u da other nite @ Wal-Mart on Mercury Blvd. I was home getN sum info frm my car for the insurance company & putting some of my stock **** back on da car b4 da adjuster comes out.

I kno most of you probably don't care because I don't know me & I don't drive a cobalt anymore but I got sum updates on my build.

I have received most of my parts for the bottom end. For those who do care & don't kno I have a 2002 Cavalier LS Sport Coupe which is the first year that an Ecotec made it into the Cavalier. At that time the motor was only offered with the LS Sport trim levels. So it was a pretty gud startN point for a project for cheap.

My existing mods are:
Eibach Sportline lowering springs
DC Sport 4-1 header
AEM cold air intake system (damn this mod)
B&M short throw shifter
Borla 2 1/4" catback exhaust

I am now buildN the car for boost & I ordered a gang of parts most of which are in.

Darton 90mm max bore sleeves
Clevite 77 rod bearings

Bare GM L61 stock block
spare Getrag F23 manual Transaxle
AEM UEGO a/f ratio gauge

I'm kinda torn between ordering the Eagle forged crank or using a stock 1. Eagle will cost me a couple more weeks more than likely...decisions, decisions. I also totally neglected the transaxle well besides buyN another 1.

So I still need a clutch & flywheel, I would prefer a LSD, maybe a crank & maybe sum stronger axles.

So tell me wat ya'll think. Any useful input is appreciated.
