Anyways, I just got an update on my car. She lives. There was water on top of the pistons. They pulled the spark plugs and sucked the water out, put the plugs back in and she started right up. They are recommending an oil change and an engine flush, and will find out today if insurance is going to cover it. Looks like I may get my car back today.

 

Thank you. It'd probably look pretty good if you've got, or can add, some black accents around the car. I've still got a bit of a "wish list" to finish up on the appearance aspect of my car. Evo mod, TC upper and lower grills, painted or CF bow tie, blacked out interior (which would include the headliner) CF wrapped pillars, aeroforce gauge, CF wing, and a double din head unit with an orange background.

watch it connor weve done that at our shop before because people didnt have money, sometimes it works sometimes your motor will come apart a week later. Just make sure everything is documented for further issues down the road if any arrise. If you pulled in enough water to kill the car and had water on top of your pistons that = bad news

i have a fuel rail cover lying aroung joe and question for all i got a hella tapp coming from the valve cover like a lifter tap or chain slap!! Timing tentioner? maybe anyone else have this problem? its slowly geting worse! thats why i think its the timing tentioner any input would be great!

the supercharger makes a god awful noise sometimes, sure it isn't that..??

I just threw some out...maybe I can go by and see if they are still in the trashcan

 

I would say tensioner, hah like I said mine made startup noise a couple weeks back. Corrected itself though, still looking to replace it with the "updated".

the coupler on mine is making noise but the valve tapping or whatnot is slowly drowning out the coupler noise i have a replacement coupler but want to do it all at once!coupler and tensioner if i have to!
