May be, may not be. I know for next year they will have to switch to the turbo, but I'm not sure how the KC rules work about change in production models. Since it was not a production car at the beginning of the season, they may be allowed to run either.
If it's a tc it's probably stock motor w/bolt ons, same tranny, brakes, and suspension that was under the SS/SC car.

Is this the incarnation of the previously discussed "Cobalts Come Home" national meet?
It sucks the 22nd I have to fly out to DC for a three day business trip... But I will do everything possible to make it to Lordstown.
