im bringing a cooler w/ me with some sandwiches and drinks. but hitting a place down there sounds good to me. dollor menu anyone. lol

a cooler isn't a bad idea. also i think for pit stops we should try and hit rest areas over an exit. easier to keep track of people.

I agree. I've been txting Nybull lately about the cruise. We're not sure who is leading it. He might just be the leader since hes the farthest state.

the only problem with that is after va there really is not rest areas. NC has a info rest area when you enter but thats it. if you need gas or a pisser, you have to get off and exit. i make this drive every year to myrtle beach. if we all stay in a somewhat close group and the radios are spread out evenly we should be good

There are a few good exits. There is one with a shell.. its about the only thing there... it has plenty of room for us... its also right next to the highway so we'll put on a show for all the cars driving by.

I might be leaving a bit later. Gotta wait for a lady friend who wants to go. Im trying to talk her into just taking the day off.

wish i could most times im asleep. lol but when it comes to a gas stop or bathroom it really doesnt matter, there all not bad. well if some people cant keep up. there always the cell phone. i really think we will be fine. i think we should have like 4 or 5 sets of radios

I was also thinking maybe trying to get groups of people.. like 7-8 cars that stay together.
Make sure we have 1 person who knows where they're going.. and have them lead the 6-7 cars with them.

that could work, i dont think anyone really knows where they are going. lol i will be using my GPS so thats only way i know where to go.

and thats the thing probably give some one a radio every 5 cars or so. depending how many sets we have and how many people actually show up. i really think we will be fine

Its pretty easy.. If i can get my girl off friday.. i can lead us once we hit close to wilmington.
If she cant get off.. i wont be rolling out of VA till 7pm

Hey VA guys. I just checked the distance from where all us from NJ/NY/PA/Del are meeting and your spot is about 2.5 hours south of us which should work out perfectly since we're looking to leave there around 9am.
