We've sold several sets with no complaints.

We also just shipped out a set today to a customer.

Too bad we cant get those guys to chime in here.

I can tell you that the ride quality was great, and I loved being able to adjust each corner independently. I also loved being able to adjust the ride dampening to my liking as well.

Nothing beats coilovers as far as ride quality, not having to worry about struts blowing out (versus lowering springs on factory struts!) and independent dampening.

I'll chime in! I've had these on for about a month now.

The ride quality is superb! Only time it gets bumpy is when its shitty roads.

Handeling is awesome, the lowering capabilities are awesome. $1000 is awesome.

PEOPLE BUY THESE COILOVERS.

Any questions; PM me

To be totally honest; I havn't even touched the dampening. I just had them installed and lowered. The ride quality is very similar to stock. Bumpy roads definately let you know you have coilovers on. I'll play with the dampening soon enough; as for now I'm very satisfied with the coilovers.

I never thought I could out turn a go-kart lol...

i really wanna buy these, but i run a 225/45/18 tire on a 18x8 wheel with a 35mm offset and i'm scared i'll rub, i'm hella close as is. also, my sunfire is lowered on tein springs and kyb agx (adjustable) shocks and struts, and it beats me, and everyone in my car to peaces!

No problem

Let me take a look into my pic folders and see what I can dig up.

UPDATE

I'll take some new pix tomorrow; I have been playing with them and adjusted the rears to have a 3 finger gap, and the front to have a 1 1/2 finger gap.

the BC racing website doesn't really inspire a lot of confidence though. as of now they still didn't update the website to list the coilovers for the cobalt, and the company profile has a small passage in broken english.

I guess websites aren't everything, but I tend to judge company's by the accuracy and quality of their web pages.

Im sorry for the delay. I must have missed your post!
Yes, we keep them in stock at all times.

Cost to ship to Nova Scotia would be about $120 by Fedex insured service.

So, it would be about $1120 delivered to you. Customs/duties fees would probably add another $150-$175 to that total (estimated).

Delivery would take about 1.5 weeks.

Air suspension is nice, but frequently costs 1800-2000$, and in my experience problems can happen all the time. My good friend had a air suspension kit on his 07 Charger SRT-8 and he had a leak at one point, and at another point his compressors failed, leaving his car on the ground.

Youll never hear of anyone EVER being stranded with coilovers. It just doesnt happen.

BC USA is designed to be a distributor, they arent trying to sell to the public.

They are trying to sell to distributors, like Modern Performance. We took our Cobalt SS struts/springs off our car for nearly 2.5 months and sent them overseas to help them develop prototypes for our Cobalt SS's. THEN, we tested out the prototype coilovers (First ones ever made) for the Cobalt SS.

We have posted a lot of information on these as far as spring rates, prices, adjustability, posted photos of the coilovers themselves, and theres been several members of Cobaltss.net who have posted photos of their cars with these installed.

Im a little suprised that you need further information, just about everything I could ever think of has been covered.

These would allow you to lower your Cobalt LT 2 inches + and get rid of the nasty wheel gap between your fender and tire! Get your tax return, and call Modern Performance to get a set of these! We keep them in stock.

I've been running these for over 2 months now. My first experience with coilovers and they are absolutely amazing. Maybe this pic will help sway your decissions...

I havn't cut the bump stops in the rear. There is a 2 finger gap all the way around.

You may have sportlines; but you'll never touch the aggresive handling of these coilovers with those.

What size tires you running?
