Cobalt Coilovers $999 have arrived! Pics!

Cobalt Coilovers $999 have arrived! Pics!

We have received the Cobalt prototype coilovers!

- 30 way adjustable for rebound/compression
- Height adjustable from -1 inch to -3 inches
- Pillow ball mounts for front and rear

Because of the front strut / rear shock design of the Cobalt, designing a coilover that would work with the Cobalt was a little more tricky than usual, but a design was thought out, and put into motion that looks great.

Here is a picture of the coilovers. Again notice, the front is a spring/strut coilover and the rear is a seperate shock/spring design just like the factory setup. All four struts are adjustable for softness/firmness.

We are going to test these out on our Cobalt, and after testing, we should have these available and in stock within about 3-5 weeks, possibly faster.

Pricing, like I mentioned earlier, will be an amazing $999.99 !

Warranty
- 1 year warranty, and BC has a head office IN THE USA
- Should any of the strut cartridges fail outside of warranty, cost to replace it is only $99, and replacements are kept in stock in the USA!

Would like to see corrosion testing results please.

Perhaps a side by side comparision to KW Virant 2's?

3 bills less than the KW's, you may have my business.

Thank you all for your interest!

We have test fitted them onto our Cobalt this morning, and everything looks really good. The rears were suprisingly easy to install, and the fronts werent that bad either.

Some minor adjustments are going to be made, and Ill keep you guys updated on progress of these.

Stay tuned though, because if your factory struts are blown (suprisingly our factory rear struts were blown!!) or if youd like to lower your car, the correct way, these are going to be a VERY affordable COMPLETE option!

Those are some real good looking coilovers. Its good to know your testing them and making changes. This means a company who cares about any small imperfections. I personally would like to see a longer warntity, something like 1 year full warnity that covers them for any reason at all and a 2 year warnity covering defects. This is something I will be looking into purchasing. Maybe a group buy for the first 10 sold with free shipping and 5% off or something. =) Its just wasier trusting a company like KW that had been around for so long. Lets see what happens.

You can trust the products made by BC, they've been around for a lil while as well.

a little background info, BC was the first company (that i know of) to make INVERTED coilovers for neons, and i've never heard a single bad thing about them. BC makes a quality product and Modern has been around for years now.

Trust what Cory says, he'll never steer anybody wrong
