Cobalt SS Sedan

Hey everyone! I recently purchased my 2nd SS Cobalt. Of course we know that clean(ish) ones are hard to come by and they haven't been very easy to find here in California.

I found an 09 SS Cobalt Sedan with an alleged stage one upgrade at a car dealer in Fontana. At least for me, they are harder to truly identify than dealer stage upgrades on the Supercharged models.

So a couple of questions here. How far is the tailpipe supposed to stick out of the bumper? How can I confirm that my cobalt does indeed have a GM Stage One upgrade?

Any help would be appreciated. Also, if this happens to be a discussion already had, I'd love a link and I can get my info from there if you already happen to know! Thank you!

Also, on top of the intake manifold, look at the map sensor(sensor closest to right side). If it has 2 bolts, it's stock, if it only has one bolt, it has the stage one sensor upgrade.
