Help

Hey guys I just installed a LS4 TB into my 06 Cobalt SS/SC and it's acting crazy. I tried launching the car after installing it and it went into an idle and the little screen flashed "engine power reduced". Why is it doing that? Also the RPMs at nuetral jump to almost 3k and the slowly go back down until I stop the car. What do I do?
