well if it came with it, you'd pay more and wouldnt have the fun of upgrading it..cuz getting that belt on was a bitch until my engineering skills came into play 
Many people say the ms3 should of come with MS springs etc. but thats what makes upgrading fun.

It's Official: 73miles is the approximate distance.
The Rules:
1) No speeding. You must do the entire run at or below the speedlimit.
2) You must remain ON THE 494/694. NO shortcuts!
3) Race is to be run counter-clockwise
4) That's it really. You can go at whatever time of day you want, but you must list the start time and stop time as well as the lap time. Also indicate your start point and end point.

I went for my loop this morning around 10am...Its about 75miles to go around and takes about 70min.

Ya I did the lap for the hell of it with my girl today. Im down to do it again one of these weekends when it's nice. If only it would get nice and stay nice so i could wash my car and drive with my windows down lol...
