They picked him up in a base cobalt.
Bret (css.net member), has a brother that works at that dealer and got P's car all prep and washed up so it was ready to go.
P said he saw two hot hippie chick hitchhiking to Duluth...but he didn't give them a ride
pics will be posted up tonight...I think he's going into work for a few hours.

just got to work...it doesnt feel as fast as Cuda's did friday. So I cant wait to get to that 1000k mark. I'll prolly order the hot side charge pipe soon. I hear CAI has one of the better ones? the performance one that is.

When Comp Mode isn't engaged, the car limits the wheels so they don't spin and you can really feel the car bog down when you try to get on it (ESPECIALLY when going around a corner (ie taking a corner at a stop light)).Just got back from the bodyshop...
$5235.21 total. It might be a little bit more if they can't buff a scratch out of the quarter panel and if they need to do a wheel alignment.
Parts being replaced:
-Front Bumper Cover
-Front energy Absorber
-LT Bumper Bracket
-Grille
-LT Fog Lamp
-LT Headlamp
-RT Headlamp
-Hood
-Hood Latch
-Emissions Label
-LT "SS" Nameplate on fender
-Radiator
-Condenser
-Fan Shroud
-Aftermarket Hood Clear Hood Shield
-Aftermarket Bumper Clear Hood Shield
They also need to repair the door and possibly the 1/4 panel. Should have her back in a couple days.

Whenever you do get her "broke in," make sure that you ALWAYS drive in Competitive Mode (hit the traction control button located down and right of your spedometer twice). Your 'Balt will feel MUCH faster. I don't even drive my 'Balt anymore without Comp Mode engaged. You can come...its open for anyone to come an watch. I'll admit the day can get a bit long if your not helping work or participating but feel free to come out and check out some cars of all ages and maybe even get a ride in a fast one...
