What did you order?

Do you really need all of that? I just added a box that reads my ipod from PIE using my factory unit. (http://www.pie.net/index.htm) then added an amp and a subwoofer (high level) and called it good.

I think the look of the dash after installing an aftermarket unit looks a bit trashy IMO.

If you need all that fancy bluetooth, dvd, nav, etc.. then yeah, it's a nice unit.

Bluetooth... yes. It's extremely useful to me. I'm on my cell a lot. When I found out that the 09's came with Bluetooth, I was pretty bummed.

DVD... I'd never watch a movie, but the fact that I can burn a dual layer DVD to hold thousands of songs and be able to play all of the music that I own would be extremely helpful as well.

Nav... I'm a tech nerd. While I probably wouldn't need it much, it'd be neat to have.

Overall... I could do with everything but the Nav. But the story of my life is buying **** that I don't need so I'm sure someday I'll have one of these units installed.

I look at it this way... you only live once. Take advantage of it and spoil yourself rotten.

 

Nav is the one thing I want... but a tomtom/garmine or something may suite me fine. I just hate leaving something everyone can see on the dash.

Bluetooth is the @#$#@$ ****. I LOVE IT. **** yes. I love walking from my house, starting my car and the call transfers to my car I dont even have to take the phone out of my pocket. I hit a button on the steering wheel to answer and hang up. AND you can have more than 1 phone paired. so ill be pairing my work phone too.

 

Can we go and be total ******** and challenge everybody to a race?

SS brake lines, I really kind of NEED them before this weekend as I am heading down to Iowa for an Auto-x and had some issues last month with my left front brake line..
Ordered May 31

Contact them 2 weeks later, said that they were waiting on the manufactuer,
Contacted them 20 days later (from order date), said they will make a call and set a fire under their asses, and that they promise to have them to me by tuesday (yesterday)..

I guess what... NOTHING yet!



They have a lot of products I want, but I don't know about there shipping habits, this is not the first time I have heard of this about them!

 

You don't need your brakes to work to go fast.

 

maybe not in a straight line
turning left or right at high rates of speeds, without brakes, sounds only half bad

 

turning at high speeds is over rated.
