i'd take janesville over hwy any day of the week. Back when I did cruise, I stopped going to hwy cuz of all the dumbasses who can't drive and the cops everywhere and started going to janesville. not as many people out there (most nights were hit or miss) but I enjoyed it more then hwy. Plus the cops care alot less about you (unless your excessively speeding).
