Justin, most insurance companies only go back on drivers records as far as 3 years, a FEW do 5 years. A lot of popular companies, such as Geico, do 3 years. I currently have Geico and plus a good friend of mine works for them as well.

I currently have a $500 deductible, however my other coverages are rather high for the average person. I prefer to be over insured than underinsured.

and that turbo is from a friend of mine
I'm a bit over insured as well, but better safe than sorry. Ya, progressive only goes back 3 years, but the DUI never really goes away.

Whens the next time you'll be by curt? I wanna take a ride in that truck. I've never even sat in one before. Oh, and curt said if you do the electric fans, you lose your towing cap. How the hell are me and curt going to get home when we break ****?????????

Alright BlueSSupercharged where are you. You ran a buddy of mine with an Integra LS JDM Swap with a turbo pushing 8-9 lbs and you lost. Well we did back to back runs and everytime it was the same outcome we would be dead even or I would even put a bumper on him and I was starting to heat soak even. Not trying to call you out but just want to know what happened, you have more mods than me you should of put at least a car on him.

very simple. I stay away from gld and I dont break anything lol. I plan to over do the drivetrain on my new little project so it eliminates the chances of breaking something

thats incorrect sir. Curt apparently doesn't know **** about towing Good fans at a low temp turn-on setting, and a lower temp thermostat will still let me tow just fine. My 2006 silverado had electric fans and it towed just fine. So you can break all the **** you want, you still got a tow back home

so after doing further research, it appears the TBSS's stock Electro-Viscus clutch fan is tuned HORRIBLY from the factory, AND the tbss has a homosexual fan shroud from the factory. The TBSS cooling system (radiator, fan, and shroud) are exact replicas of the 2004 and older Silverado 1500 cooling system. Those trucks had 5.3 liters and 120hp less.... some chucklehead at GM apparently thought that cooling system would "sufficient" for an LS2 after they realized cost factor for R&D on a different cooling system JUST for the TBSS....

So now I'm exploring different options, but not ruling out LS1 fans. Also trying to decide my best bang for my money. I can order up a wiring harness that makes LS1 fans plug-and-play into my fuse panel, and a simple HPT reflash can turn on the e-fan tables in my ecm (yep, my ecm has e-fan tables & the EV clutch fan tables, e-fan tables are just disabled from the factory).

I'm also considering a Flex-A-Lite 282 dual fan kit which flows over 5500cfm of air. I'm sure simple modifications can be done on the previously mentioned wiring harness to make the flex-a-lite fans plug and play as well, however said fan kit is almost $500.... however potentially flows 1,000cfm MORE then the LS1 fans.... My complete LS1 fan kit can be had for under $300....

Wonder if its worth it to go with the flex-a-lites (no one on my tbss forum runs them as far as I know, so I'd be the first) or stick with the tried-and-true ls1 fan setup for less money.....

Well I am at 88% IDC on my 60s on the stock pulley. So my injectors were not MAXED out but I didn't want to take any chances. And they do not leave much room for growth.

technically your injectors are maxxed. Im not trying to start a issue or anything just clarifying. then once u hit the 100% mark u will start going static. Most of the time u wanna size your injectors to be under 80% duty cycle. its a safety margin. just food for thought
An injector in an engine turns on and off very quickly to control the amount of fuel delivered. The amount of time an injector is turned on and delivering fuel is known as the duty cycle. This is measured as a percent, so 50% duty cycle indicates that the injector is held open and held closed for an equal amount of time. When the engine needs more fuel, the time that the injector stays on (its duty cycle) increases so that more fuel can flow into the engine. If an injector stays on all the time, it is said to be static (wide open, or 100% duty cycle). Injectors should not go static in a running engine. If an injector is static in a running engine (open 100% of the time), that injector is no longer able to control fuel delivery. This could be an indication that the injector is too small for the needs of the engine. Injector duty cycle should usually not exceed 80% in a running engine at any time.
thats quoted from a fuel injector seller. most major places that rebuild injectors say something similar to that
