I'd be more happy with hanging with MR Evo that had worked IMHO. GTP's can be fast but they need a good amount of work to do so. I can't seem to get anyone to give me a decent race around here. I ran into a newer STI the other day and he would play but wouldn't allow me to get next to him. So I just hit it behind him to show him where I stand, but when I finally get a chance to get next to him he just gives me the thumbs up and says nice car and turns?

Why aren't you running your downpipe and e tune? I guess I could see why no e if you didn't want to tune for the e-75 or whatever it is in the winter.

You won't want to race when the new motor goes in.

No. Same 2.2L. Wiesco Pistons, Eagle rods, Arp main bolts and head studs, ZZP balance shaft delete W/ Electric water pump, cometic HG, new main and rod bearings, ZZP #82lb valve springs and retainers, rev out to 8k, and lots of boost.

I always wanted an Evo too. I was going to buy one in '07 when I bought my speed 6 but held off. I just like having a quick car that I can drive all the time and do some fat snow donuts in! lol Lots of mods on the cobalt though. Just to hit a couple: Full exhaust w/ shorty header 3" ZZP catted downpipe( no cat is too raspy) and custom 3" catback, 80# injectors, Dual pass, ZZP 3" Intake, 2.7" Pulley, ZZP S3 heat exchanger, LSD Trans, OTTP Stage 2 rotated mounts, OTTP Spherical controls arm bushings, TWM STS w/bushings, Tuned for E85. Oh and I think my favorite change was probably when I put the TC seats in it. They are so much better than the SC seats its ridiculous. I'll probably list it for 10 but would take 9500 if the right guy threw it on the table.

Tyler. A big turbo will only let you go fast in a straight line. That is not your style.

Not big turbo. Just right sized turbo with quick spool which would be my style.

I have a 57 trim and that spools very nicely, I would think a SS would spool it just as nice.

If there is anyone I would consider doing that for it would be you but I'm not sure yet what I am going to do. Don't you think the SS badged seats would look kind of funny in the redline?
