I'll see what she says on that... she's not into cars really, but she doesnt mind going to shows to look at the "fancy cool cars"... she came to a meet once and that was a bad idea, but a show is an entirely different story so we will see what becomes of it this weekend

I have a canned zzp tune right now. Idle is a bit jumpy, and it is running a bit rich. Fuel trims jump all over the place... anywhere from -7.5 to +7.0...
I have never had a real tune done for my car, (or done one for that matter) and I'm just really wanting to get it done for the summer/learn the basics of tuning. I'm not a complete noob, just looking for someone in the area that could possibly help dial it in a bit better.

ccrunner84 is close to you. If you can find time, I would suggest hooking up with him. He knows his stuff.

-7.5 to 7 is honestly not that bad for a canned tune. Are those LTFTs or STFTs? I have seen ZZP canned tunes in the -20 to -10 for LTFTs. Just going from one gas station to another could cause the fluctuation you see. My advise would be to always by your gas from the same stations. Ie Always Mobile or always Kwik Trip.

The LTFT's go from -8.0 to +8.0, and the STFT's usually hit -7.5 to +7.5. I've seen them flash to -10 before, though. I'm not worried, since the car runs fine. I just want to tune the thing properly and take out any guesswork that might get involved if I continue to run it on this one. Just wanting the peace of mind factor out of it, I guess.
